Meet our Leadership
Rightway Lawn and Pest Control Solutions was created after 3 guys decided they had seen and heard enough. In nearly every industry, we are all dealing with declining quality and disappearing customer service. Just a few years ago, St. Johns and Duval County were thriving with locally owned and operated lawn and pest control companies providing great results and hard to beat customer service. Now this area has been hammered by consolidation and acquisition and you would be hard pressed to find a handful of companies still independent.

Luckily, the three of us had Dream Team like experience and talent in business start-ups, operations and service, and 20 plus years in lawn and pest control experience. Throw in our military experience and get it done team mindset and all of sudden we are fully committed to bringing back both the service and results we should all expect.
But it does not stop with the 3 of us, we are truly building the field-based technician dream team. Hiring only the best of the best, with a focused commitment to work with Veteran Organizations to hire our returning soldiers. As a 15+ year resident of Ponte Vedra this community is forever home to the Cressman Family. His wife, of 25 years is a local real estate agent, his daughter, a graduate of FSU has returned to Ponte Vedra and works locally in event planning and his son a Jacksonville Beach Lifeguard is a full-time student at UNF. This is our home, and we want the best for this community.

Greg had a long 16-year career with a Jacksonville favorite, PSS (Physician Sales and Service) before they were acquired by McKesson in 2013. Since then, Greg has led multiple start-up companies to become successful businesses.
A former service member of the US Army’s 10th Mountain Division, Greg credits his time in the military to every success in life. Focusing on the most important task in front of you is a great business strategy and allows businesses to concentrate on being great at something and avoid being average at everything.
