Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website or services of RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a veteran-owned home services company serving Northeast Florida. By accessing our website (rightwaypest.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions provides residential lawn care, pest control, mosquito control, and termite services in Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville, St. Johns County, The Beaches, and St. Augustine. Our four service lines are:
• Lawn Treatment — 8 scheduled treatments per year, including fertilization, weed control (pre- and post-emergent), insect treatment, fungus monitoring, and soil health; billed monthly on auto-pay
• Household Pest Control — Exterior-focused preventative treatments on a quarterly schedule, covering common household pests including ants, roaches, spiders, and more; free re-service calls between scheduled visits for covered pests
• Mosquito Control — Seasonal treatments targeting mosquito populations on your property
• Termite — Inspection-driven termite protection services
One-time treatments are available for lawn and pest services for situations such as property prep, sudden outbreaks, HOA compliance, or real estate closings. One-time treatments do not include ongoing guarantees or free re-service.
Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change. Specific details will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. All services are subject to property conditions, homeowner cooperation, and applicable environmental factors.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting a contact or booking form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions.
By providing your mobile phone number on any form on our website, landing pages, or to our representatives, and by indicating your consent to receive messages, you agree to receive SMS text messages from RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions. Our SMS program is used to send service-related and promotional communications, including:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Technician arrival notifications and service updates
• Follow-up messages regarding your lawn, pest, mosquito, or termite service
• Promotional offers and seasonal announcements
Message frequency varies depending on your services and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll. To request assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@rightwaypest.com or 904-290-6400.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Scheduling and Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the purposes of performing scheduled services. Failure to provide access may result in a trip/service call fee. Please notify us of any pets, aquariums, edible gardens, koi ponds, or other sensitivities prior to your service appointment so our technicians can apply treatments appropriately.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes. You acknowledge that service results depend in part on your cooperation with post-treatment recommendations, including proper watering, mowing, and irrigation maintenance.
5. No Contracts — Cancel Anytime
RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions does not lock customers into long-term contracts. You may cancel your recurring service at any time prior to your next scheduled treatment. Cancellations should be made by contacting us directly via phone or email.
6. Payment Terms
Recurring lawn service is billed monthly on auto-pay (credit card, debit card, or ACH). Pest control is typically billed quarterly. Other billing arrangements may be available upon request. All fees are subject to applicable Florida sales tax.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of enrollment or service. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Service Guarantees
Lawn Treatment: RightWay guarantees the scheduled treatments included in your program. Free follow-up service visits are available for covered issues between scheduled treatments. Results depend on irrigation, mowing, drainage, sunlight, and homeowner cooperation. No company can guarantee a year-round weed-free or insect-free lawn under Florida’s growing conditions.
Pest Control: If covered pests return between scheduled services, RightWay will re-treat at no additional charge. Failure to address homeowner-recommended remedies (such as moisture or sanitation issues) may affect guarantee coverage.
Mosquito and Termite: Service guarantees and re-treatment policies for mosquito and termite services will be communicated at the time of service enrollment.
9. Pet & Child Safety
All products are applied in accordance with EPA label standards and manufacturer guidelines. Children and pets should remain out of treated areas until products are fully dry (typically approximately 2 hours after application). We avoid pollinator-sensitive applications around actively flowering plants. Please inform your technician of any special sensitivities or concerns before treatment begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RightWay Lawn & Pest Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
